Built from marine-grade Almag-35 cast aluminum, these hatches are fitted with acrylic lenses, stainless steel hardware, and quick-action dogs for easy, secure operation.
Offered in black or white trim ring finishes and a range of sizes, the 190 Series is CE-compliant and ideal for deck areas that require strong, watertight protection — without standing out.

Key Materials
- Bomar uses 535 magnesium hardened aluminum to construct our 190 Series Cast hatches. The raw almag-35 is heated to 1100 degrees F at the Bomar foundry and is then melted and poured into our proprietary cast molds.
- The 190 Series Cast hatches are professionally assembled in-house with 316L, marine grade, stainless steel fasteners. Stainless steel is ideal for harsh marine environments due to it’s rust & corrosion resistance, strength and luster.
- The 190 Series Cast hatches come equipped with a smoked polycarbonate Lexan acrylic lenses as standard. Polycarbonate acrylic lenses provide excellent clarity and durability in harsh marine environments.
