Key Materials
Aluminum
- Bomar uses 6061 extruded aluminum to construct our 4000 Series Tread Plate hatches. The extrusions are pressure formed at the Bomar manufacturing facility in New Hampshire.
Stainless Steel
- The 4000 Series Tread Plate hatches are professionally assembled in-house with 316L, marine grade, stainless steel T-handle & fasteners. Stainless steel is ideal for harsh outdoor environments due to it’s rust & corrosion resistance, strength and luster.
